3 ingredient sugar cookies
3 ingredient sugar cookies recipe to help you make delicious buttery sugar cookies that are crispy ,light and airy.In this easy sugar cookie recipe we use only 3 ingredients and we doesn't require any special equipments to mkae this cookies.
Ingredients
- 113 g Butter or 1/2 cup
- 67 g Sugar or 1/4 cup +1 tbsp
- 146 g Flour or 1 cup + 2 tbsp
Instructions
1.Just mix the sugar cookie ingredients in a bowl
- In to a bowl add in the softened butter and the sugar and whisk them together until the butter is pale yellow in color.Add the flour and combine together to form a sugar cookie dough.
2.Shape the cookies
- Scoop the cookie mix into a spoon for making the sugar cookies even in shape.Here I have used 1/2 tbsp scoop.Roll it into a small round ball and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.Make imprints on cookies or flatten the cookies to form plain sugar cookies.
3.Bake the 3 ingredient sugar cookies
- Bake the 3 ingredient sugar cookies at 325 F preheated oven for around 18 minutes or until the edge of sugar cookies become lightly golden in color.
