Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Oats 200 g
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 3 Banana (Well Ripe)
  • 1/2 cup Oil (120 ml)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar/honey 100 g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Raisins/chocolate chips/walnuts or a mix of raisins and walnut

Instructions
 

  • Let's start by preheating the oven to 375 F and by preparing our muffin tin with parchment cupcake liners.
  • We use oat flour in this banana oat muffins recipe.
    So if you have oat flour, you can use it or else grind the oats to make oats flour using a blender or food processor.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients together.
    Into a bowl, add in the oats flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder.
    Mix everything together and keep it aside.
  • In another bowl, mash the well ripened bananas.
    Add the sugar, eggs ,oil, raisins and walnuts and vanilla extract into it.Mix them all together to form a uniform mixture.
    Now let's combine the wet and dry ingredients together.
    So add in the flour mix into the wet mix and combine them all together to form our oatmeal banana muffin batter.
  • Transfer the batter onto the prepared muffin tray
  • Bake the healthy banana bread muffins at 375 F for 22-24 minutes.
    If you dont add raisins or nuts,you will need only about 20 minutes of baking.
