  • 250 ml Warm water 1 cup
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 350 g All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp (extra oil for greasing the pans)
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil for drizzling on the top
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves finely chopped or minced
  • Sea salt :Coarse to sprinkle on top


  • Prepare the dough by combining the yeast mixture,flour, salt and olive oil.
  • First Proofing for 5-6 hours.
  • Shape the dough.
  • Second proofing 1 hour.After second rising,Make dimples with greased fingers. Drizzle rest 1.5 tbsp oil on top. Sprinkle sea salt and few sprigs of rosemary.
  • Bake at 425 F for 30-35 minutes
