- 50 g Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup
- 28 g Melted Butter 2 tbsp
- 34 g Maple Syrup 2 1/2 tbsp
Add Powdered sugar into a bowl. Then the maple syrup and the melted butter.
Whisk continuously to prevent any lumps from forming. Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Add a pinch of salt to the mixture. This will help to balance the sweetness and enhance the flavors of the glaze. Stir well to ensure the salt is evenly distributed.
If the glaze is too thick, you can add a few teaspoons of milk or water or more maple syrup to reach your desired consistency. If it’s too thin, add a bit more powdered sugar.
Once the glaze is ready, you can drizzle it over your baked goods. We can use spoon or a squeeze bottle to drizzle over cookies.
Allow the glaze to set for a few minutes. It will harden slightly, forming a beautiful, glossy finish.
- Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh, high-quality ingredients will give you the best results. Real maple syrup and fresh powdered sugar make a big difference in flavor and texture.
