- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil or 55 g
- 1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Add the ingredients
Into a shallow plate, add the grated or minced garlic.
Sprinkle in the dried oregano, chili flakes, and salt.
Next, pour in your olive oil and balsamic vinegar.Use good quality extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the best results.
If you like more Garlic flavor, use more garlic; if you want more heat you can add more chilli flakes.
Add 1-2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese if you want to make your dip more rich.
