If I substituted with a regular flour how much baking powder should I use

1 cup Self Rising Flour = 1 Cup plain Flour +1 tsp Baking powder. So in this recipe you can use 1 3/4 tsp of baking powder to 1 3/4 cups of plain flour to make 1 3/4 cups of self rising flour. Hope this helps.
